Conventional rates are based upon a 90% LTV purchase, with a 740+ credit score, and a loan amount of $100,000 or greater.
FHA rates are based upon a 96.5% LTV purchase, with a 660+ credit score, and a loan amount of $100,000 or greater.
VA rates are based upon a 100% LTV purchase, with a 660+ credit score, and a loan amount of $100,000 or greater.
USDA rates are based upon a 100% LTV purchase, with a 620+ credit score, and a loan amount of $80,000 or greater
